Rates are set to the current tariff and are guaranteed at time of booking; they are reviewed yearly and are subject to change

Airport waiting time begins 1 hour after arrival at 15 minute segments at £5 Car park charges are quoted as approx and are in addition to the quoted and accepted fare.

Airport bookings are pre-allocated to drivers and run as a schedule. Although ample time is allowed serious delays arriving and claiming baggage can effect completion of your booking.

We will do our very best to accommodate your delay. These problems are out of our control therefore we Do Not Accept liability if we are unable to complete your booking in real time.

Luggage and personal items are carried at your own risk and Cameo does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Card Payments

 Credit and Debit Card payment(s) can only be made to Cameo; we will request payment prior to travel and a £3 process charge will apply on total. Cheques are no longer accepted as payment

Bookings must be made to Cameo not to the driver otherwise it will render your booking illegal and your information will not be protected. Vehicle type is determined on luggage unless otherwise requested rates apply by type upon booking.

Route travelled  is at the driver’s discretion allowing for time of day road and weather conditions. The driver reserves the right not to transfer any client(s) who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour is considered to be a threat to the driver or other travelling passengers

Privacy Policy

We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. We collect information about you in order to process and complete your booking and your Information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fullfilment of your booking.

The information we hold may include: Your name Address Phone numbers Email address and any other information necessary for processing your booking. We may from time to time contact you regarding offers or information about the service we provide. By making a booking with Cameo You agree to this and you have a right to "opt out" at any time or ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies as soon as you make the request.
