Q. Where do I meet my driver at the airport

A. We offer a free Meet & Greet service, your driver will be in the arrival area and will display a Cameo greeting board with your name displayed.

Q. Do you check flight arrivals

A. Yes, any delay, cancellation of flight or early arrival we will adjust accordingly.

Q. Can I Pay by Credit or Debit Card

A. Credit and Debit Card payment(s) can only be made to Cameo via Paypal before your date(s) of booking(s). Cash or Cheque to be made payable to the driver on the day of travel.

Q. Do you supply child seats

A. No. We can retain yours for your journey, however we do supply booster seat(s).

Q. Do you carry animals

A. No. Only exception is Guide Dogs.

Q. Is there a charge for cancellations

A. Only if its less than 4 hours notice or a No-Show at the time of booking, full rate of hire will be due.

Q. Is there a minimum fare

A. Yes. £20 up to 6 miles.
